"PERFECT Online pickup ordered two French dip sandwich large meals, a 6 piece mozzarella stick and half pound roast beef sandwich. I walked into pick up to an impressively clean restaurant at 7pm on a weekend. I was greeted instantly which also was impressive. Coke and DR. Pepper drinks were marked on the buttons of lids. Perfect portions on sandwiches. We'll be back. Thank you Arby's staff our meal was on point."
"My mother and I went around 7:10pm and sat in the drive thru for over 3 minutes. We finally got fed up and as we drove around there were 4 employees standing around laughing and one mopping. Mind you, we were the only people there and one car in the parking lot. Very rude."
