Burger King

"Food fresh and hot as always. I had to take back a whopper Jr and they corrected it the next day with no problem. And the young black man who was my cashier, his manners was a delight and on point. . ."

"Fight broke out in the lobby. Blood all over the floor and eating area. No police called. Burger King staff just stood there recording on their phones and took 15 mins to get a burger and fries. If you like fight clubs and lazy employees, this is your spot!"

"My daughter and I waited 5 minutes before an employee came over to take our order. He stood there for several minutes. I thought he was logging into the register. No, he was watching a video on his phone with wireless earbuds. I asked if anything was ok, and he said he couldn't log into the register and slowly walked away. I waited another five minutes before another employee came out of the restroom and went over to the drive thru. She ignored us for another five minutes before I asked loudly if there was anyone who could take our order. Frustrated, she told me I would have to wait, which we did for another five minutes. We stood at that counter from 8:50 until 9:10. I watched one car pull thru, I never saw them get served, and they drove off. One employee wandered in and out of the restaurant, probably on break. I couldn't see anyone doing anything in there. The one person who looked like they were doing any work completely ignored us until I asked to order, and they were irritated with me and told me I'd have to wait. No explanation, no apology for the wait. I've worked in lots of restaurants and understand being understaffed, underpaid and over worked, but this was absolutely the worst treatment I have ever received as a customer. Simply won't ever go to this location again. I reviewed the food at one star (because it won't let you post a review without choosing), but we we were never served. We left at 9:15 after standing and patiently waiting for service since 8:50."

"Slowest service possible here. And it's not like they are even busy. They just let cars sit in the drive thru until the lines 10 cars deep. And even then there's a good chance they'll ignore the intercom or tell you they are closed. - Just go somewhere else to eat, unless you like waiting 15 minutes for fast food and served your food with an attitude."

"Drive thru was quick. The turn is really sharp to get to the 1st window if you have a large vehicle though. Employees were polite, not Chick-fil-A polite, but decent enough for a Burger King on the west side. My order was accurate. The food was still hot when I got home (less than 10 minutes away). There was WAY too much ice in the drink though, should have said no ice to them. Overall, what you'd expect for fast food. Wouldn't recommend dining in, the floor was sticky and some big messes on tables. People that ordered after me were served first, but my order was accurate and the fries hot."
