"your hours were updated 3 weeks ago yet you still need to update them, CORRECTLY. If it says you close at 9:30 then there should be no reason why you’re locking the doors 30- 35 minutes early."

"I had one of my worst encounters at this subway today. There were customers sitting around smelling strongly of weed almost like they were smoking it in the store. The lady behind the counter that was making my sandwich was rushing me on making it and when she closed the wrapper on it, half of the sandwich was sticking out of the sandwich. I don't complain normally but I really felt like this needed to be put out there."
