"This is not fast food! I waited in a non busy line for over 15 minutes before leaving with no food. Cashier was very rude. Took a long time for her to get to my order it’s freezing cold outside I have my window cracked to hear her and she comes like “you can order when your ready” no welcome or how may I help you or even sorry for the wait. There was one car in front of me. If you are looking for something quick this is not the location to visit."
"The staff here are extremely rude, I came through the drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches, there was only 2 cars in the drive thru and when I got to the window I asked to add on 1 drink and they refused to add to my order before I payed saying there is to big of a line. Once I gave him my card, he didn't swipe it and said it's denied. I told him I watched him not swipe it and to retry it. Once I got my food it was cold. Needless to say worst experience I've had at this location, I came through at 8 pm on 1/18/24."
"Zero stars because of the horrible hygiene. Employees coughed on the food. Poor demeanor as well. Unless you want strangers to cough on your food, I'd implore you not to go here and go to another Burger King. Whoever manages employment had to have picked the lowest quality employees intentionally."
"The service was pretty much terrible in everyway you can think of. Food is meh and way over priced for small portions. Customer service itself was utter garbage. Definitely not like it used to be."
"Went to order on 12/11 in the evening around 9PM. The man taking orders at the window was one of the most polite and respectful fast food workers I’ve encountered in a LONG time. It was refreshing and he deserves a raise. Keep up the good work whoever you are!"
