Bruegger's Bagels

"Yesterday at 3:30, I stopped to get an unsweetened tea and two Asiago bagels. The only words the young lady spoke to me were “do you want it toasted”? To which I said no, but she did it anyway. She was busy texting. The entire time she helped me. She put down the knife in between bagels to pick up her phone and text. Not sure why she bothered to wear gloves. She continued to be on her phone as I ate and barely acknowledged any of their customers. I fly frequently between CVG and ATL. This place is now off my my list."

"the ladies working behind the counters were very rude to me and my family. we had asked questions regarding our allergy and also switched out some bagels on preference differences. from the start, the managers daughter who was working was throwing the bagels and rolling her eyes and then, the cashier and other worker were also being rude. the manager is the same one who others have mentioned being rude. and i noticed that they were rude to my family and the customer in front of us, and then a total 180 for the customer behind us. i dont know why as my family, like both customers, were being respectful. Having bad days is acceptable but taking it out on customers who are asking questions (that were necessary) is not ok. would never come back here and also wont recommend this place to anyone."

"This is my FAVORITE meal when I'm flying out of CVG! Chipotle Turkey on an EVERYTHING bagel with extra Chipotle mayo and a large diet Coke! Half before the flight and half on the plane. The service today was super friendly and FAST! Thanks for another great meal."

"Yesterday when I landed back home in Cincinnati at the CVG airport me and my son decided to go to get a bagel sandwich to eat later for dinner so once we got home we wouldn’t have to worry about cooking or ordering takeout. My son ordered the Farmhouse sandwich and I ordered the BLT on an onion bagel no mayo add onion & chive cream cheese, red onion and green peppers. Two hours later once I got home and settled in opened my sandwich and seen it was the top half of the bagel COMPLETELY BURNT and the bottom. See the attached picture. Why would they give me something like this??? The older black lady made my sandwich and it seemed like she had an attitude and didn’t want to be there but to give me something like this as a paying customer is ridiculous. This is completely unacceptable. I want my money back and I don’t want to travel 45 minutes to the airport to get it back."

"They are short staffed today per a sign put up.. but you wouldn’t even be able to tell. The two people manning the front were attentive, fast, and so nice! Plus the food is REALLY good. I got the sausage eggs and cheese on five cheese bagel and added garden veggie. It was amazing. I wish all airport food was up to this standard!"
