"I got salad from there. Fugus and smelling bad. It was a takeout order. I always go to Wendy but never had such a bad experience. Never getting a takeout order again from them."

And this burger gets 1 star because it looks deep-fried, it's paper thin. And poor quality. In America I'd expect better quality but apparently Wendy's has something else in mind for quality control."

"They care more about door dash than they do current customers and they don’t know how to manage the place like assign someone to door dash and assign someone to current customers. If they get a door dash order and 20 customers inside or drive through good luck they will choose door dash they don’t care if they make customers coming wait. Go to McDonald’s over this careless place same food better consternation service. Use to be good but now it went down hill. The place sucks! Bad customer service=bad bad to go. You don’t make your customers wait like an hour over focusing solely on door dash. Caring places I’ve been to that get busy and care about customer service either turn door dash off shortly, assign people to different areas and keep it that way, or focus on orders for people in line first. What if it’s for someone on a quick lunch break. Bs! People having it delivered have more time on their hands."
