Chick-fil-A

"They have advertised the new drinks. However, they come in one size, and are non refillable!! Not something I will order EVER again. I had ordered the mango sweetened tea. It was not worth what I paid for it!!! At least make it refillable!"

"Never been so disappointed in Chick Fil A. Filthy store. Cups of drinks, trash, cup lids, papers and food all over counter, behind counter and on the floor. Burnt chicken sandwich. Burnt fries. Cold food. People drinking behind the counter with a line of people waiting. The Assistant Manager announced to everyone behind the counter that he was having to go back to the restroom because he is sick at his stomach. Really? Girl in pig tails complaining to him and customers about how the previous shift apparently did not stock anything and now she had to do their job. Just on and on and on… These airport locations are sure tarnishing the Chick Fil A brand. It’s comparable to an experience you might have at Burger King. Poor job guys."

"I ordered a chicken, egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me a chicken biscuit. The biscuit was crumbled into pieces. The guy who took me order seemed genuinely nice. Must of been a miscommunication. Just a bummer to walk all the way to my gate to discover the wrong sandwich. My advice: check the bag before walking to your gate."

"I will start by saying that Jeremy who works in the morning was Great! He is primarily the reason my service score is not lower. He was over accommodating of my special meal request. I am from Atlanta , so I am accustomed to how Chick-fil-a service should be. The service from the Manger, line staff and kitchen cook was a bit unprofessional and tactless. I hope that my next visit to CVG airport is more of a pleasant one, as I come through often for work."

"I ordered only biscuit and hash browns. Paid around $5.5. Check my receipt late, and I was charged for Chicken Biscuit (& hash browns), and I got Egg Cheese Bacon Biscuit. Messed my order up pretty bad. The staff was quite hard working and friendly. Hash browns were nice, warm, and crispy."
