"Took 10 minutes for waitress to even ask us if we wanted drinks. Ordered food then because we’d had to wait so long I almost memorized the menu. Then we sat for another 35 minutes plus before we saw her again. No “sorry the kitchen is behind” no “do you need refills” or anything. It’s a Sunday early afternoon and the place is half empty so there’s no excuse for us being ignored like this. Service is awful from the second you walk in the door. Still sitting here waiting for our food as I type this lol"
"Server, Tonya, was quick to greet us, cheerful and attentive. The food was excellent! I ordered the avocado toast topped with two fried eggs (SO GOOD) and my daughter ordered the Jr. Cupcake Pancake Combo. We both enjoyed our food and experience. The place could use a little music and a refresh but that didn’t matter too much to us."
"Our service was fanominal this morning. So much so we requested to speak to the manager and informed her of this. This day the restraunt was short staffed. yet we got seated within a good amount of time account for that we had to wait, not to mention that although these ladies were getting slammed they're attitudes were right as they should be, they were working as a team to get people seated, served and out the door with perfect service, and the service was perfect. So much so my boyfriend gave our waitress a tip and the young lady that was working with her, so yes this Ihop gets a great rating due to the factors."
"Overpriced. The food was ok... I got the $16.99 sirloin tips. Portion size was very small! (See photo) the menu describes the item ax "generous" portion... that's comical. The entire meal didn't take up a quarter of the plate."
"Our server, Steven Anthony, was hands down the best service I’ve ever had, anywhere. He had a tough customer right before me and handled it with grace and composure and everyone in the store was super grateful for him. He interacted with the children on their level and got laughs from the family next to me and treated the Seniors with care and respect offering anything they needed. He was the only server this late and managed all the tables with prompt service and individual care you don’t get with a slow day let alone a busy server. Store was super clean and atmosphere and decorations festive. Every time I fly here I know this will be where I come to refuel and refresh after a long flight. 10/10 On everything."
