Subway

"If you are hungry, drive past this Subway. My son got an order for us to go. He placed my 6 inch chicken bacon ranch sandwich on the counter. I picked it up. It was as light as a feather. It was mostly bread and had a single slice of bacon on it. I’ve never seen a more stingy amount of toppings, and all we got were two sandwiches for $15. Keep driving. Don’t get ripped off."

"The couple working in this subway were killing it!!! There was only one person making sandwiches there one afternoon we came in and they were super efficient and didn't miss a beat!!! You can tell they take pride in their job ❤️ Awesome job guys!!!"

"The employee clearly wanted to not serve anyone. First, he clarified it was carry out only. We said, "that's fine." He rolled his eyes. He then asked if we had cash or credit (guessing they don't take cash and he was hoping). We said credit. Eye roll. I asked for a cold cut combo. He told us he'd have to get it (clearly put out). Turned 180 degrees to take it out of the fridge. Husband asked for meatball sub. Stated, again, that he'd have to get it. Turned 180 degrees to take it out of the heater, clearly put out. Then I asked for 3 white chocolate chip cookies. He argued that they don't have white chocolate cookies, just white chip cookies. Ok, dude, but I still want them. Eye roll. States he'll have to go get them. Takes three steps to remove said cookies from their storage place. The guy literally was mad to do his job. Combined with no honey oat bread or cucumbers (both of which he says they no longer carry) and we'll never go back."

"Worst experience of a subway around, employees very rude. Went to give them a coupon for a 5.99 foot long was charged 8.50 because it had bacon on it I said I have a coupon was told doesn’t work with bacon. She pointed to a sign that said can’t use these subs on buy one get one free nothing about bacon on a single coupon poor customer service if I wasn’t in a rush to eat I would have told her keep the sub I’ll go elsewhere. Seem to make their own rules dirty work area also would not go back."

"Worst customer service.They are not friendly at this location. Employee had ear buds in and talking on phone.Finally came to take my oder, I wanted a Italian BMT footlong sub, cut in half with half heated and half cold, was told that this was not a footlong but 2 six inch subs. I said no I always order my sub this way because I can not eat it all at once, never had a problem before and I have been to several different locations in Ohio and other states. He refused to give me the footlong. I don't understand what the big deal is they cut it in half anyway. I will NEVER visit this location again, there are two other Subways within 10 minutes of this one and they are much friendlier and happy to make my footlong the way I like with no problems. You sir can talk on your ear buds and keep your two six inch subs, I will go to the other Subway."
