"If you want to sit at the speaker in the drive thru for 30 mins without getting your order taken or even spoken to ( with no cars in line in front of you ) then this is for you! Even coming inside with it not that busy expect to wait at least 20 or 30 mins. Worst restaurant I’ve witnessed"

"The dining room is FILTHY. You can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a minute. All the tables were disgusting and had leftover food on them and drink rings, We came in shortly after opening. I tipped at the kiosk for food to literally be handed to us then everything else was self serve , including “ bussing “ our table and I’m a server so I’m big on tipping. Steak n Shake used to be the place to go back in the day. The health department really needs to make a visit. Picture attached of the high chairs!"

"awful experience… ordered the Fresco melt and it’s so greasy I can’t finish it… fries cold… gave me root beer instead of coke and completely forgot my shake… no wonder y’all shut down the first time…"

"I come here when I need a quick burger of QUALITY. Not fast not slow. You know they are cooking to order everytime and I have no complaints of that. Order is always right and guys are always nice :) ."
