McDonald's 1301 South Breiel Boulevard, Middletown, OH 45044

"I usually go here late Wednesday night (10pm-11pm) and it is always busy, despite the fact that there is little to no progress ever being made on cars. Often to wait 10-15 minutes before any cars move. However tonight I got there at 9:30pm and of course I had to wait 30 minutes. Only for an employee to come out and say they're closed and tell me to go away. Now I'd understand if it was 2AM or later but this was at 10PM and very normal time and when i pulled around i saw ~5 people working so its not that they didnt have anybody to work. I'm appalled at how consistently I have to to wait despite progress not being made but tonight was it. Worst part is, I placed a mobile order and they can't even refund my money, it tells me to call the restaurant and they don't pick up. This entire circus of an operation needs to go down and all the clowns involved need to be fired. Or atleast have the deceny to give my money back since you scammed me out of it Update: call the store the day after and was told that they "have no idea on how to handle getting my money back" and that they needed to reach out to their manager about it and they'll give me a call back in 15-20 minutes. It has been two weeks and nothing. Absolute joke of an establishment"

"If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The staff at this place is ridiculous. Always have to drive five extra miles to go to the next McDonald’s because they’re always closed. They leave people in their drive-through for 45 and 50 minutes with no way to move sometimes. Three times this week in the morning I go through and they plan. They are only taking DoorDash orders. Why are they only taking DoorDash orders? What about the people going to work? I really hope the owner does something to fix these problems. I am sure a lot of people complain but yet nothing is getting done. Anytime the redheaded manager is working, you can guarantee They are either closed or you’re gonna be there for a really long time my opinion go somewhere else."

"Overpaid employees. 15/hr is too much to pay someone who can't make a happy meal. How hard is it to read 2 words off of a screen? Something is always wrong with the order. Also, why bother asking what kind of sauce I need for nuggets? We both know it won't be there so I have to come in and ask for it, after I get the attention of people who are actively ignoring me. The big guy at the first window always projects his misery onto whoever he talks to. French fries have brown flakes from the bins not being clean. Stale buns. How? Just how? You should all be ashamed."

"Every time I go to this McDonald's I'm reminded why I don't go to this location. I work third shift and when I try to get food from here it basically is impossible. It's like trying to kick a dead horse back to life. It's not happening to me. It seems like the individuals that work at this location can't seem to fathom how to make a hamburger or even try services horrendous every time I pull up their card machine is down. They only accept cash so basically I can never ever get food from this place. The only time I get good service is from first shift. Thirds are horrible. I basically will not go unless it's daytime. Even early mornings are bad"

"Employees will hold up the drive through line chatting with customers in the drive through. You will definitely wait well over fifteen minutes. The food is usually very old and cold, and not even if your order is correct."
