"Very disappointed. My friend and I came to this Wendy's hoping the food would be a bit better than some of the other Wendy's around Hamilton. We both ordered a single with cheese with everything on it. The people behind the counter were also not very friendly and besides us (we went about 11am) there were only two other people. The burgers were dark brown almost black in appearance. We should have taken them back and gotten (hopefully) better ones but decided to eat what we got. We ate about 1/2 of the burgers and threw it away..and the price was ridiculously high. They were the worst burgers I have ever had. Wendy's is supposed to be one of the better fast food places but we would not have even fed these to our dogs. The fries were cold and bland. Just awful. This will be the last time we will probably go to Wendy's. Whatever happened to the juicy burgers Wendy's used to have?. These burgers looked like a five year old made them..burnt and thrown together. Even the cheese was dry and barely any condiments on it. And fast food workers are now being paid $15.00 an hour? Sad."
"Idk what happened but I had to go there 3 times today. And finally I said screw it. I mean the last order was 3 Dave's doubles. I got 2. The order was so screwed up the first time I came back literally, 3 times. Someone don't know what they're doing and needs to probably be let go, I ran burger kings kitchen by myself at times and never missed simple things like how many Dave's a person ordered (in my case it was whoppers) that window girls were nice but the third time I noticed she seen me and dodged out the way and made a different girl give me the bag. This place has great food and for the service to be this terrible needs the attention of the higher up people simply because they have a perfectly good money maker that some slow minded kitchen crew burned to the ground. Theyll start to lose customers (you know the one thing they count on) just like today, they lost 5 in total because of me bringing home a slop fest that wasn't even all there. We probably aren't the first and definitely won't be the last. I don't even care to call since I dealt with them in real life so anyone on the phone can say what they want to make them look better. Such a shame.."
"Ordered combo meal on the app and picked it up through the drive-thru. When I received the drink, you could tell the coke was weak. It needed more syrup. I let the person at the drive-thru know that the coke looked weak. Well, she shut the window on me and then some guy opened it up and asked me what the problem was. It told him the Coke was weak, and he just looked at me with a blank stare. Don't know if this guy was the manager, maintenance guy, or what, since he was wearing a t-shirt and jeans and didn't identify himself. But I could tell that I was not getting an answer from him either. So, here I am, documenting the failure on the web so that 8 billion people can have a chance to see what poor product and poor service look like."
"Food is always hot. Good Hamburgers. One issue is it's almost like they throw your food out the window at you! Get the " GO GO GO " feeling in drive thru. Have very rarely gotten my order wrong, or had to pull up and wait. I love how they put the different value meals in separate bags, very easy when with several people in the car an a trip. This is a Clean place, at least what you can see in from your car."
"inside closed due to staffing.. I will say the line moved pretty quickly for how busy it was. It’s not the workers fault at all but please make it easier to receive a refund in the app when the store doesn’t have what you order, etc."
