Taco Bell

"By far the worst food I have ever been served (This includes my 4 years of active duty in the Army). There was only 1 vehicle ahead of me… yet it took nearly 20 minutes to receive my order. I get home and notice that all of the tacos had been premade and had been sitting for quite some time as the bottoms were complete mush. All 3 tacos were completely smashed. One of the tacos had a fry shoved in it (perhaps an added treat for the wait). The chili cheese burrito was definitely hours old as it was hard and dry. I always add sour cream to them so that they are made fresh… not in this case. Instead they ripped open the crusty burrito and squirted in a dose of sour cream (appreciate the effort). So they obviously saw the condition it was in prior to serving it. To top it off… no sauce despite asking for extra. $16 for something I wouldn’t feed a stray dog. I’m left wondering why the wait if the food was sitting around in a warmer? I suppose that is to ensure I never return. P.S. The wait worked… I will never return. Hopefully this chain fails as it never fails to disappoint."

"You can't really call this Mexican food, if so it's bad Mexican food, good if your drunk or only have $5 bucks on you. Well it's Taco Bell what can one say. Order is 90% of the time wrong or missing something. Lack of Management is Obvious. Can tell it's ran by teenagers at least in the evenings. I honestly wonder what is in the meat of if it's even meat?"

"The drive thru is always backed up in the evenings and at night. They always tell you to pull around to the back and the line wraps around the building. Eventually, someone will bring out your order. During the day, it’s fine but don’t go past 5."

"The food is good you don't always get everything you ordered. Drive thru is terrible especially if you go after 5. The dinning room was closed so we had to go through the drive thru. we got pulled forward along with about 5 other cars we waited for over 30 minutes for someone to bring out our food and then we were missing stuff. The girl running the food out was extremely apologetic and seemed just as confused as us."

"No inside service at the counter when trying to order from the counter other than the employees stare at you as they prep food. You have to use the self serve screen Then when you go back out to go through the drive thru so you don't have to worry about any issues from changes you request The order still gets screwed up regardless including the photo of nacho bell grande missing green onions and tomatoes for sure !!"
