"Just horrible to wait in line for 3 burgers and a tea for 10 min with only one car in front of you. Then when I get a few miles away, the tea is sweet(ordered unsweetened) and the cheese isn’t even melted in burger that’s how cold the sandwiches were even after waiting 10 min."
"MAKE THE RANCH CHICKEN RINGS AN EVERYDAY THING BC THIS IS GETTING STUPID AND ITS A TEASE. You always have fish and burger and Its getting old. I'm sorry but I've noticed the original chicken rings taste gross they have no flavor but when the ranch is on them it hits different."
"Ordered 4 chicken and waffle breakfast sandwiches for some guys at work. They open them to eat and was 3 egg and cheese sandwiches and 1 egg and cheese with sausage. Was 4 sandwiches but definitely not what was ordered. I called to just let them know and wasn't even worried about a refund or anything but the person on the phone was so rude. Normally id just shrug it off but since they was really rude i figured id post this. Stay far away from this place."
"I stopped going here a couple years ago and swore I would never go back. I decided to give it another chance about 3 months ago because I was in the mood for white castle but not in the mood to drive all the way down route 4 to the other one. I don't know if they had a change of management or what but this place has done a complete 180. The staff has been super friendly the past two times and actually seem happy to be there and the food is extremely fresh. I know it's just white castle but I'm impressed with the changes and glad I no longer have to go out of my way if I'm craving white castle."
"Most everybody loves White Castles. Fresh burgers and sides. Not the best part of town. Drive threw is slow but worth the wait just lock your doors at this location have seen and heard of some shady stuff outside. I understand White Castles are the go to after a good night of drinking, but also good when sober. Need a White Castle on the West Side of Town. Now I want White Castles for Dinner Tonight."
