Arby's

"It's been years since I've been in this Arby's because I used to avoid it. It was always dirty and just looked unkept. I was in town and I really wanted a beef and cheddar so I figured I would just grab some food to go. I was pleasantly surprised to see how much it's changed for the better. I actually decided to sit in and eat my meal. The lady at the counter was very friendly and was busy cleaning between customers. As I sat here writing this review she walked by to get more cleaning done and took a second to ask if I enjoyed my lunch. Whatever you guys are doing here, keep doing it!"

"We ordered the good burger and curly fries the lady at the window was very nice but once we got home our burger was raw I called the store told them it was raw they said they would make us another one when I got there was told it was supose to have a hint of pink in it . I thought it was crazy looked it up online and it's true but this burger was not cooked they gave me another one and it was cooked correct . When I walked in the store it was so smokie inside"

"The Xenia, Ohio Arby's is extremely clean with pleasant, above-average service. I love the newer, sleeker look and especially that they were forward thinking and conveniently placed charging outlets. I am grateful for the coupons as it provides us a nice meal for far less than other fast food restaurants. Thank you."

"We went through the drive through after running some errands. It started with the drinks. They hand them out the window we both got sweet tea.they were not sweet. We told them and they gave us new tea's they again were not sweet tea. But regular unsweetened tea. The buns on the sandwiches were hard and stale. The classic beef n cheddar was a joke. And the fries were not even warm. And no it was not due to the drive home. We started eating as we pulled out of parking lot."
