"First visit to any BWW. Tried the boneless wings and cheese curds. Takeout Curds were great, but a bit pricey Wings were not very good. Something in the breading has an aftertaste- maybe they had been frozen? Also too much pepper in the breading. Tried four sauces. The orange was quite spicy. Staff was great. Restaurant looked nice and clean and inviting for a sports party Parking was super"
"Stopped in for lunch at 2:00. There were maybe six other people in the entire store eating. It took 40 minutes to get our food. The wings were severely over cooked and cold. The manager came to the table, we were very nice, but for some reason he still had a bit of an attitude. He agreed to remake them. 25 minutes later, they brought out the next batch (pictured). He swore up and down that he dropped fresh wings himself and brought them immediately to our table. They were literally room temperature. By the look of the wings I actually believe they had been previously cooked earlier, and flash fried to reheat them. That’s the only way I have seen wings end up like this. My fiancé’s boneless wings were the same. When he came back to the table, he had a bit of a standoffish attitude. Not extremely rude but very obtuse to the situation. We ended up leaving after two beers, an app and a wrap, with a $38 bill. Our waitress was incredibly nice. You could tell she felt terrible and you could also tell that this did not seem new to her. I used to be a server so we still left her a very good tip, but the fact that the restaurant had the audacity to charge anything at all (aside from the beer) after somebody spent over two hours for lunch, and literally didn’t even get lunch is beyond me. If I owned the store, I would want to know how my manager and general manager handled this situation. I hate this because we finally have a Bdubs close to where we live and I normally love their wings. Bummer"
"Service so slow. Fries were cold. Took an hour for burgers and wings for 4. Food was pretty good, but not up to Bdubs standard. I'll try it again in a few months, but for now, I'll go to a different one."
"I gave the restaurant a four out of five stars because their app is still having issues. The food was excellent and the service was top notch. I have let the workers know about the app issues. I will always recommend this location to anyone."
"I don’t normally do reviews but the chicken was terrible and the server let the manger know and they never addressed it. They weren’t busy maybe ten people in the restaurant it’s been a long time since the food was bad enough to write a review it took along time everything was cold etc. I know nro are difficult but come on"
