"If I could give them one star, I would I ordered this without sauce on it. They put sauce on it took it back and then they forgot pretty much all the original toppings that come on this I didn’t get the slaw on it nor the fries they legit gave me bread with a few onions. The chicken was not crispy. The chicken is super cold. This seems to be an ongoing issue anytime we order at night. This is my last time ordering from there I will go to a different one. Save your self the time and money and go to a different one"

"Usually when I get the traditional wings I don’t have any complaints. I ordered six pieces and 5/6 wings had feathers on them. I tried to pick them off and eat around it but lost my appetite. Pretty expensive wings with feathers… they did take it off the bill which was nice. But I most likely won’t be going back."

"Ordered 20 wings from here and only got 17 for 30 bucks, the wings was extra hard and dry as sandpaper on the inside the box was falling apart like it’s almost possible you will be eating cardboard on your wings. I will never spend money with this company again and this isn’t the first time this happened"

"So I placed my order on Uber eats and it was a terrible experience with the delivery company. My amazing driver rode a bike and by the time he arrived at the store it was closed. I called the store the following morning and Taylor answered the phone. She was professional and courteous and and quickly got me over to the manager on duty Stephanie. I told Stephanie about my experience as she resolved my issue quickly but efficiently with understanding and empathy. I am so grateful for this team and their customer service skills and knowledge based service. The food was perfectly correct and everything I waited for. Thanks to Stephanie and her amazing staff. I will be back again."
