"Cashier rounded up for the cost of my Unsweetened Iced Tea. That few cents lost you a customer. Plus...I was given Sweet Tea not Unsweetened as requested. Not good for customers who are Diabetic."

"Did not get my order right because they were not paying attention. I ordered chicken nuggets w/ barbecue sauce and a medium coke. They gave me nuggets and fries and said i didnt order a coke $7 dollars and some change. Too expensive these days for not paying attention."

"I ordered a 20 piece nugget or two ten piece.. I ask her bow many sauces comes with the order. She says 3 I said how much for one more sauce. She said 30 cents i said ok take it outta my change.. she did do that but it didn't reflect on the receipt. Second window i ask her is my extra sauce in the bag. She said yes .. it wasn't.."

"Apparently, it's ok to short people change simply because you don't have enough in your drawer. No explanation. Just short them. And when you ask them why you didn't get all your change, they simply say they don't have any in their drawer. I wonder if they would give me my food if I was short money? That's OK. The next time I go, I'm gonna pay them in change, mostly pennies, so they have enough."

"Absolutely terrible service. I hate coming to this McDonald's with a passion. I went there for breakfast got a steak egg and cheese bagel, with extra sauce and also ended up for 3 breakfast sauce cups for my hash brown Patty. They tried to charge me twice for the breakfast sauce cups. I told them that I already paid it was on my receipt and I showed them my receipt. The manager came to the window and insisted that we pay again. I said I'm not paying again then I was told that customers are always trying to get over and I laughed and said get over on what I paid for the stuff and you all still didn't give it to me. Very unprofessional service and also cannot read a receipt."
