"I enjoy there food here. I sat down a couple times and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Usually I just pick up and go but the food overall is better than a lot of other places around. This is my go to if I want good, consistent, and quality cuisine. They even scrape your plate and box it for you lol"
"The quality isn't as consistent as one would hope, some times it's great and sometimes it's not. Unfortunately, my husband got vicious food poisoning from the Chicken Lo Mein (I did not eat any of it) so we will not be returning. The manager I spoke to was somewhat dismissive of our concerns, so be aware of that. $40 some dollars for the worst food poisoning my husband has had in a long time was the nail in the coffin for us."
"I am a frequent customer, but today my experience was terrible. After being sat at a table, my mother and I were waiting for a long time to be acknowledged. The waiters continuously walked by our table with no reassurance that they would be with us as soon as possible. The great food isn’t enough to overlook the poor service. It’s a shame that I know that our skin color was a factor in our mistreatment. I will never give them my money again. Totally disrespectful."
"I just left China Cottage. Absolute horrible service. I was seated with my daughter. Nobody acknowledged us to even say hello and we’ll be with you shortly. We were seated for almost 15 minutes without even a glass of water. I will never go back there again. What makes it even worse is I was a regular. I’ll be looking for my new favorite Chinese spot!"
"Greatest General Tsaos you can get in Ohio. No one does it better than China Cottage. Also this location had very nice workers. There was a very sweet old lady. If you havent been here I reccomend it to everyone."
