Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

"Waited 15 minutes to order food in the drive-thru line, only for them to not have even half of what I wanted. Then waited another 10+ minutes & the line had not moved. I pulled off. This particular location is terrible service wise & they tend not to have multiple items no matter what time of day it is."

"All the food was good. The service was Great! I actually left my phone on the counter there and after I got home and realized that's what I had done. I called and said where I remembered leaving it and immediately the employee looked. Found it and put it up until I could get back for it and it was there when I got there to retrieve it. Thank goodness"

"Came through, got two Wednesday specials, and they were on point ( as always ). Spoke to the G.M. tonight. She was very nice and professional. This is my favorite location of all. 9/20/23 P.S. "After picking up my mobile app orders via the drive thru for years dating back to 2022 I was told tonight that I had to come in to pick up my order. I'm not door dash or any company I order via the Lee's app. The only handicap entrance is on the other side of the building (I am disabled on a walker). I park go in the non handicap entrance because that is the drive thru side. I make it inside for them to hand me order off the counter and then have the gall to ask if I need help carrying out my order after struggling to get a inside through the double doors that open outward where there is not enough space to get through the doors. When I got home with my order the chicken was mediocre at best. The best thing about the whole thing was the gravy and it comes in a very small container now. I just want consentdisy from the food service to the customer service. There is not a balance at Lee's in Trotwood. Every time I go there is a different policy different food quality or different person doing something different."

"Poor customer service along with poor quality of food. Not only was my chicken sandwich cold (got 2 and they were both cold) after biting into 1 I realized it wasn't fully cooked. I called the restaurant to let them know, but after speaking to the manager(at the time) she assured me that the sandwich couldn't be under cooked but it was in fact "just old" . I wasn't upset, as things unfortunately just happen but the customer service just wasn't there. Pics of under cooked sandwich attached."
