"I got a nacho bell grande extra meat and extra sour cream. Nachos on the side. There was maybe a fourth of a cup of all ingredients together and the taco meat was runny like water was added no taste No extra sour cream and it was cold. I also got a chicken quesadilla and literally each individual triangle had 2 or max 3 pieces of chicken, very light on the sauce. A grilled cheese steak burrito which had no steak and runny sauce coming out and also cold. I usually don't make comments about places because I myself have worked several years in fast food and also a restaurant but they were well staffed, the guy taking my order was rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to order."

"One of my tacos was dumped in the bag upside down and poorly wrapped so when I pulled it out I just had an empty shell, the filling was all over the other stuff in the bag. Another taco had nothing on one end, 1/4 of the shell simply empty. There is an obvious lack of care about serving a quality product. With the absurd prices they charge for cheap food it is unacceptable, especially at this location which has higher than suggested Taco Bell prices. You want to charge more, your quality and service need to be excellent at all times."

"Our drive through person was so nice! They were very thorough with our order, and when we had ordered ahead online we goofed up and basically asked for everything except lettuce to be taken of our food! They are confirmed with us if that is what we wanted, and happily remade it when we realized our mistake! Thank you taco bell!"

"took five minutes for anyone to talk on the speaker, told dude the name for pur mobile order and he said they dont have it, then said "all we have is (my name)". then they forgot one of our chips and put about one scoop worth of cheese in the cup, and when we went back some big dude was standing there doing nothing with his back to the window blocking the other people from handing food out, and when i asked for more cheese, they gave me another cup with the same amount. just overall very unpleasant and frustrating and we agreed we arent coming back"

"Waited in drive through lane for 30+ minutes. Why can’t u pay a few more dollars an hour and get some employees that don’t rightfully hate their jobs. I’d gladly pay a few more bucks a meal if I knew it was going to the employees."
