"They were great until the pandemic, my dogs have been on the waiting list twice since March due to not being able to find their spot on the waiting list from the first time I called to add it, and they are still waiting almost over a year to get in apparently assuming their names are still on the list of course. Stinks, because I really enjoyed their services, and my dogs always looked super nice after, my boys had been going since day one of them opening, and for them to never have a spot for them now, just isn't good customer service. I hope in the future they can get some of their older clients in, that helped them get their business started!"
