"I love Big Lots.I have always been a fan of it. I did notice the prices of things seem a lot higher then they used to so going there to save a buck isn't my reason for going.All around I like this one except the staff could be a little more friendly.There are a few that are nice but a few that don't even really greet you coming in or when you come to the counter.I have always thought customer service is a very important part of any job. I still give it a 5 because there are a few that are great."
