"If I could choose 0 stars that would be it. I have been going here for 6 years and since they were bought out about 1 and a half years ago service has gone down hill. You will have issues with getting ahold of anyone and very long wait times in the office and on the phone. I have gotten horrible service for the past 4 months and could not get a return phone call from the assistant manager, the only person that could help me with the situation I was in. After all was said and done and it’s taken care of with no help from her she wants to reach out and tell me that I’m in the wrong and I will no longer be a customer because of being argumentative. I was trying to resolve a situation to get my animals care that was not so important to them. If you are looking into taking your animals here… DON’T DO IT!! Highly unprofessional."

"This place is great. Don't get me wrong. They deserve five stars. However, I have struggled with getting a second follow-up appointment in a time slot that I can make work. Which to be honest isn't their issue. It's mine. However, it's still deserves four stars out of five for me cuz even though it's my burden ain't my fault. Is it their fault? Absolutely Not ... But you see my dilemma . . 4 is what they get for now well my animal loving friends just great hospital. Saw my review. Responded to it as what they could do to get that one win star. You responded to it and you asked what you can do five stars. Thank you so much. Me and Curtis will see you soon"

"Precise care, for me, that is. I really don't care who takes care of my hairy pets there. The veterinarians are all knowledgeable, and when I tell them what's wrong with my poopers, they get to the root of the problem asap. My Lucy, her ears were bad, and her left eye was all gooped up. Within a week, my Lucy eye is clear, and she stopped shaking her ears, and when I smell her ear, it doesn't "stink" anymore. I thought my dog was on her way out... I'm glad I took her here. I'm not a rich man, but it really doesn't matter because I trust this place."
