"Went in looking for a large quantity of pot scrubbies (they make great filter media for aquariums). The manager not only assisted me with buying out their entire supply, she also called several other stores in search for more pot scrubbies and she even placed a call to her GM to try to order several more cases for next weeks inventory. I was not expecting this level of customer service but was extremely impressed by it. Will definitely be back."

"There's one associate there that I really enjoy talking to but I really don't like the manager. He's very arrogant, cocky and downright disrespectful. He only speaks to certain customers and if you ask him a question of whether the store carries a certain item or if the store has anymore of that item he snaps back with this matter of fact attitude and response as if you're supposed to know what is in his inventory every time you go in there. It's convenient to have the store only a few min from my house but because of his attitude and demeanor I often end up driving the extra 8 miles to go to a store where the manager and staff are a lot more friendly and def more professional!"
