"Came on Christmas Eve, they closed at 9. I had sat in line since 8:30ish. upon hitting second in line to the speaker, around 8:45, they told the car at speaker "I can't take orders for 10-15 minutes." The car waited, and of course with the line behind us, we couldn't move for that duration. At 8:55, Christine(?) told the woman at the speaker she couldn't take anymore orders. My issue wasn't the inability to take orders, my issue was having 7 of us in line for 15 minutes, knowing she wasn't going to take anymore orders. Merry Christmas y'all."
