Kroger

"Used to go here every week, but now it's a few times a year for things they only sell here. Had a bad clicklist experience, and the manager wouldn't make it right. My whole grocery pickup order was given to another customer. They drove it home, and then brought it back to the store when they saw it was wrong. It was out of the refrigerator for a substantial amount of time, in someone else's possession. The people working insisted I take the groceries home and didn't want to re-pick my order. The manager offered a small discount for the inconvenience, but it wasn't enough for the time I wasted on the ordeal and the food I had to throw away. I understand businesses and people make mistakes. My problem was that management didn't do enough to fix it."

"The staff are very friendly and most of the time they have everything we go shopping for. We have recently started using the grocery pick up and there have been 2 different times we have gotten our groceries and they got some things wrong but other then that the grocery pick up has been a life saver"

"The shelves are always stocked and organized. The staff is so friendly—especially Amanda! She was nicest and FASTEST cashier I’ve ever met."

"They have a LOT of expired products on shelves and MOLDY produce! BEWARE!!!! I've reported these several times but it never stops. Always some cherry tomatoes, onions, etc. with black, white, blue, green, or some other type of fuzzy mold. You can get violently ill from consuming these, but Kroger wants to see that extra onion.... Will leave this review until I see one trip without MOLDY or expired food!"

"Expect this to be a common sight if you want to try new beers: them putting ones not in the system away and telling you that you can't buy them. This happens almost every time I try to have something new, so I usually pick two. This time, I was told I could purchase neither. This has happened to me at least a dozen times. I've tried talking to managers, but they are not interested in fixing the issue. Buy your groceries here, sure, but get your beer somewhere else or you'll be disappointed and annoyed."
