"How hard is it to make an order the way the customer wants it I asked for extra cheese sauce and paid for it and my food still not the way I wanted I don't think I'll ever come back it's every time I go threw the drive thru don't make me get a job there and show each and everyone of you how to make food"

"The main complaint here is that they will not help you inside anymore to take an order you're forced to use mobile kiosks that don't work. How about higher end some people in supporting the local economy instead having a computer do the work. Meanwhile prices have gone up so now you get to do your own labor and typing in your own order. Where's the discount for doing your workers jobs?"

"Decided to go to Taco Bell because I’ve been craving tacos, went through drive thru and it was really quick and I guess now I see why I got three drinks a nacho fry box and two crunchy tacos. Honestly I’m not surprised as this isn’t the first time this has happened but I’m tired of wasting my money for the same thing to keep happening so here we go, the nacho fry’s were soggy and warm as if they had been sitting for awhile both me and fiancé tacos had almost no meat on them I might as well of just ordered a shell honestly. Also nothing was hot or even nearly warm enough to have been made while we were sitting in drive through considering it took only like 5 minutes too to order and get the food I’m assuming either they don’t have their temperature right or they had already had these made and just gave them to whoever ordered it not really sure but wasn’t worth $20."

"I came on my lunch break and got got a crunchwrap supreme and I asked for no tomatoes but wanted sour cream that I paid for and didn't get that, barely got any meat I'm done coming to this location in bellefontaine ohio. This is the 3rd time its happened."

"Went there yesterday and was very disappointed!! Got 3 taco supremes and there was barely 3/4 teaspoon of beef in each one! What beef was in all 3 would have made 1 good taco! They need to change the name to Taco Surprise. I will not be back!!!"
