Walked me through everything and explained everything in depth. I LOVE the endearing names she used for my baby (Bailey) I asked her not to cut a certain part of Baileys hair because I love it and of course she didn't. The real reason I loved my interaction was she spoke to me in a real way NOT scripted and I felt like I was texting Courtney and not a computer. When I called with more questions I spoke with her. It was just amazing and she has a set customer now. It was our first grooming appt we were just trying Petco out first due to the 30% off but now we will be back to see Courtney!!!!!!
