"I had a MRI done here a few years ago and they were great, so when I needed another, naturally I called them to come back. I called this location a few weeks ago and left a voicemail to get scheduled for a MRI. I don’t hear anything so I call again and leave another voicemail, both which were very nice as I work in healthcare and I understand the shortages of staff that effect everyone. When I got a call back, the staff was rather rude and extremely passive aggressive, as if the worker was upset because I called again? I get being short staffed but there is not much of an excuse to have a few weeks go by between both times I contacted them. I also have a family member who needed imaging and had called two other times and never was contacted either. I recommend taking your business elsewhere. I called UC and I was able to get scheduled and seen in a few days and they were extremely nice."

"I was ABSOLUTELY terrified and my technician Amy did EVERYTHING she could to calm my anxiety and help me through my MRI.. I had 2 long tests and was going to leave after the first but I didn't because of her kindness, caring and her skills as an MRI technician! I was so GRATEFUL she was there for me! She was my Angel for sure! Thank you for having such a professional staff who actually cares!!!"
