"This store has went downhill quickly. The pharmacy staff is very rude and unprofessional! They have totally lost any type of customer service skills whatsoever. We need to all try and spend our money with a pharmacy that appreciates our business. Even if it inconvenience us this is the only way to teach these corporations that customer service is still one of the most important things a business offers."
"I've been trying to refill my pain meds for days. The pharmacy told me this morning at 10:15 it would be ready in a couple hours. Now it's 3:00 and I have been sitting in the store for more than a half an hour before I hear someone shout, "They haven't even started it yet." The level of competence demonstrated at this pharmacy is ridiculous."
"This Pharmacy does what they wish. I am permitted to have my RX filled 2 days early, which is the case most times. However, a few times or more each year they will change the guideline(not due to 31, 30 day month differences) I called to give my new RX Gold info and was told myvRX would be ready in 15 min. I got there and it was early. Which Wasn't an issue. However, It was eligible today. The same pharmacist has filled 2 days and sometimes 3 days early and not on my calling but upon my doctor sending this RX and not a dosage nor form of change. Then you let them know you are not bereft of understanding and have the cognizance of discerning guidelines the reaction in dispositon is you must be a druggie. This isnt the first time such ambiguous RX filling has occurred, making me feel a certain way. Im done with cvs and my 3,000 dollar a mo. Other medicine i get filled here. Go anywhere but cvs. Overworked pharmacists and under trained techs neither of eaches fault it is CVS. It is prudent to note I have had the friendliest and precise consistent RX handling with Good Neighborhood Pharmacies Decades before being subjected to CVS due to Caremark a CVS owned insurance. I wish there was a Good Neighborhood here."
"I know these people work their rear ends off. But I greatly appreciate the fact that usually when I get a new medication the pharmacist takes his time out to call me and ask how I am doing on the new medication. That means a lot to me. The staff has always been courteous and very respectful towards me. I'm sure these people are very much underpaidAnd I appreciate their work not just in the pharmacy but the entire store"
