"Menu is always the same . The customer service leaves a lot of room for improvement. There's some that are really good and some you feel like you are interrupting their phone calls. They don't pay attention to the orders and requests."

"I have been coming there the last 3 weeks (2-22-24) in the evenings and weekend mornings the woman working the drive thru i want to say her name tag said Jackie who has been taking orders/collecting money has been over the top friendly and outgoing. "I should have known better when three cars are parked up front! I order food for my son and husband I won't eat at McDonald's anymore and I get parked for 5 mins and seen 4 other cars get parked nothing was fresh fresh off the fryer or grill so why did I have to park and then out of everything I had to turn around in krogers and grab the missing Big Mac.. when I pulled in and told them you could hear people in the back ground laughing. Not professional at all... I wonder why McDonald's is failing this is why...."
