"Every single time I go here for lunch they manage to forget something with my order. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else to get food. Not even worth the hassle."

"When we showed up there were two people waiting for their orders and no one at the counter. After waiting 3-4 minutes someone came and took our order. We then waited for over 25 minutes to get our food which was 1 happy meal, two double cheeseburgers and another sandwich. I’m not sure if the restaurant was short staffed, slow and/or backed up on DoorDash orders but the wait was seriously unreasonable for fried fast food. At least give us a heads up on the wait before we order."

"I will not be using you anymore. I cannot ever get a large ice coffee with mocha in it ya'll are always putting Carmel in it. I went through tonight asked for two apple pies and I get two nasty custard pies. You can't ever get our order right. When I come through in the mornings and get a biscut and gravy it is always cold. I'm done. I don't understand what is going on with your store and the people who work for you. Really pathetic."

"There's no excuse for this place, it's food, and service. Both on the dasher end and as a customer. Just cook the food, put it in the bag, all of it. It's on several screens before it reaches the customer. If you can't do that within reason, just get another job. If we as customers want better service, just eat at any other fast food place."

"Management needs training. I waited 10 min in the mobile pick up for a coffee. Called and was going to ask if they wanted me to go through the drive thru. The manager hung up on me! My drink came out a few min later with the flavoring caked at the bottom of the cup. With attitudes like that I’m not sure if it was safe to even drink. The employee that brought me the coffee had to apologize for her managers actions!!! Bass ackwards!!!"
