"Bob Evens has always had good service and Food. I had gotten away from Bob Evans for a while, I am now living close to one and enjoy it. Sometimes there a little slow as they may be shorthanded but they really try and deal with it. With today where people seem to only work when they want, seems there hit with it too. I would fire them and replace then until I found reliable people."
"Food was great, love the endless caramel mochas. However we walked in and a line began to form to be seated because the host was nowhere to be found. A waitress came and sat us eventually."
"This was my first visit here in quite a while. Over all the food was alright. I got the steak and eggs, steak was cooked to order, but definitely needs steak sauce. Eggs were good, toast was drier than I would expect, almost like the bread was stale before being toasted. The fruit cup (pictured) was less than desired and we sent it back. I've never seen a cantaloupe cut that thin for a fruit cup before. We did send it back and they replaced it with hash browns for us."
"Service wasn't bad, tables around us were not cleared our entire stay. They were not busy. My food was over cooked on the fish and fries. The mac and cheese was not hot. Floors were dirty. Only 4 tables were seated on our side. Disappointed."
"We love coming to Bob's! May be just because of my love for breakfast food lol.... During this visit,our service was impeccable! Melissa took great care of us. So polite, attentive, and accurate. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The food came out really fast. It was good but could have been hotter. Well be back for sure and we'll be sure to request Melissa!"
