"The self service kiosk is awful to use. Very difficult to modify my order to suit my allergies and dislikes. After several minutes of trying I had to goto the counter. I was told by 3 employees that someone would help me in a moment. Eventually someone helped me but it was well after the rest of my group was seated and almost finished."
"The bathroom smelled like urine. No cashier at the register. I had to ask the kitchen staff to take my order because I wanted to pay cash. She acted like I was bothering her. I ordered 2 $6 chalupa boxes. No to go bag. The food was Luke warm, flavors were not appetizing. I didn't finish the meal. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I'm not going back to Taco Bell in Lima. If management reads this review don't make excuses just get better!"
