"came through about 5:20pm Feb 15th. ordered a hot fudge sundae and asked for extra fudge on the bottom that i was charged for. i receive it- no extra fudge. so i tell them, they take it back to put extra and hand it back and its exactly the same. then the cap came off and it was all melted. THATS due to putting fudge in after the cap is on which is the wrong way anyways. get your people in order this location STUPID AS HELL."

"I go here frequently to the point I have a favorite employee, we chat on a first name basis and I’m always satisfied with my order/service so I genuinely hate to post anything negative but this is beyond ridiculous. I ordered my usual when I grab lunch here, a qp with bacon and a fry. This is what I got today and I don’t even understand how this happened lol honestly insane that this was even sent out"
