"For years this restaurant was amazing! Had fantastic spicy fish . Though recently ( for me yesterday) I found the spicy fish to have been halved in size and tasted a bit different. I've been coming to this exact restaurant for years and I'm personally very disappointed in my recent experience. Hopefully they correct themselves back to what they were, I personally am not afraid of a price increase as long as the quality is what it once was! Fantastic service though by their employees though as usual. For some context the last time I came to this exact location was this past October 28th 2023. So barely 2months ago."

"This is the best Captain D's in the area as far as I'm concerned. Some of the best fish I've had in a while. Very clean restaurant. Service was a little slow but that's OK. I would gladly travel to this restaurant from Findlay for the experience. In a word....excellent."

"Captain D's fried fish is mild and delicious. They have a good platter that comes with 2 fish, 2 chicken strips, 6 shrimp and 2 sides. I picked their mac and cheese and french fries. Perfect for a parent and child! Their tartar sauce and cocktail sauce are great dipping sauces too."

"I'm now on a 2000mg Sodium and reduced fat Diet, so I appreciate having grilled fish with less spice, with French Fries with no salt (although I lightly salt them w/Sea Salt. Table Salt is JUNK.) for a meal. I've loved Captain D's for many years. I'm thrilled they have something to accommodate my diet needs."

"Great prices and good food for the money. I had the fish value meal and it was fresh and served quickly. I appreciate the drink station and the sides are amazing. Clean eating area and courteous workers. The sauces go great with fries, shrimp, and the fish. I eat here as often as I can."
