"This is the second time our chicken was overcooked and tasted awful. My daughter said her Mac n Cheese even tasted awful. We waited in line for 45 minutes to come home to barely eating our dinners. I should’ve left when we had to order our food in the dark. The menu sign and building lights were never on."

"Tried drive thru this evening, waited 40 minutes. Finally got up to speaker and it was broke, so you had to yell your order. She still couldn’t hear me, so just left. Owner needs to update equipment."

This is sad. I will no longer pick up and door dash orders from here. People deserve much better for their money..."

"I don’t mean to sound like a Karin or anything but today my visit was just horrible. I got a 4 piece catfish meal with fries and corn. It took about 1/2 hour to get my food which isn’t too bad, I can understand staffing issues but 1/2 hour still feels a little too long. When I got my food I only got 3/4 fillets. I tried to mention something to the staff, however I feel like I was quickly forgotten about, just like my final cat fish fillet. My corn was alright I guess, but the fries were a little on the colder side and didn’t taste like they had any seasoning on them. I could’ve justified the long wait if the quality was there, but it just wasn’t today unfortunately. Overall probably a 3/10 visit, I’ll probably end up going to Findlay from now on."
