"I had heard the Little Caesars in Defiance was under new management and was eager to try. Went through the line and felt extremely rushed as the worker (Angela B.) talked to others. Slammed the window shut as I tried to pay for my order and as I sat there with money in hand she just started to talk to another employee. I was told it’ll be a 15 minute wait for 1 pizza when there was only one other car in the lot. Not the happiest…"

"Bought the deep dish Hawaiian Pizza tonight. It was amazing! We lived in michigan and little Ceasars was not our favorite. Figured we would give this one a try. This was one if the best pizzas we have ever had except in Chicago. We definitely will be frequent customers. Girl at window was super sweet when I asked if I could add to my order. Great prices compared to many others in area too."

"The manager on duty had her hands full with her employees; employees were mouthy and rude. Food allergies are not a joke, and their behavior towards our special order was uncalled for. She did bring our food out to our car, though it was cold, and cheese barely melted. Sadly, I have worked for the company, and the owner didn't run his store like this back in the day. We won't be going back."

"I ordered 2 pizzas extra sauce. They dropped one so we had to wait tell they made us z new one. That one had a 6 inch spot with toppings. So they made us a 3rd one. Still no extra sauce. Called to make it right and was told we couldn't get new pizza for over an hour."
