"My therapist only asked me about my recent problems but never asked me if I might've had any traumatic experiences, I've never been to therapy so I wasnt sure if I should just tell the therapist how I feel about how my life has been in general. Very uncomfortable seating in a very claustrophobic room did not help me get relaxed enough. My therapist also spoke to me like we were having normal conversations instead asking things that the therapist could help me with. The worst part was that I received a physical card saying when my next appointment was, but there was no appointment for me that day according to the staff. I also tried a psychiatrist who was dismissive when I told them that my medication didnt help and it also made me feel void of all emotions."

"Review for FRC One star. I'm so tired of debating counselors. I've subpoenaed their records. Their clinical notes are vague to the point of not being clinically diagnostic. After years in counseling, my daughter now has decided that I am the sole cause of all her problems, contrary to her chief complaint listed in the intake form. My daughter now has not spoken to me for over two years. If your children attend counseling, make peace with losing them. Ya can't sue counselors, so be careful which childless, relationship -less counseling certificate recipients with two whole decades of life experience you allow to manipulate the soft tissue between your kids' ears."

"They tell you it’s a first come first serve bases and when you there and feel out the paper work they schedule you an appt. Call up there to reschedule and appt and they can’t find your information transferred me 3 times cuz everyone was lost. Take the reviews and find somewhere better. That’s what I’m doing."

"This place is a joke. They make sure the assessment times are so inconvenient you can't sign your child up for services. Today I missed a half of a days pay to bring my son to the St. Marys office for them to tell me that they only do the assessment M & W 11:30‐1:30. When I called last week they told me M-W 11:30-12:30. So they then tell me I can drive to Lima and they are doing the assessment today until 1:30. Drive all the way there for them to say they had too many walk ins and turn me away. How do working people get their children services? He missed a half day of school on top of it. I have decided to go to a different county to a different company that won't give you the run around. FRC You all need to get your business in order and stop running ppl all over the place just to be turned away."
