"Wait staff was amazing. Food was slow coming out but she kept checking in and refilling coffee and all drinks. She remained kind and pleasant though I’m sure she was stressed-it was really nice despite the wait and our food was really amazing"
"I had given up on Cracker Barrel..For the past several years their quality of food has tanked and so did the service. This time they redeemed themselves. The service was wonderful and the food was excellent in both taste and portion size..Our server was pleasant and the host who seated us was really on top of things."
"Had lunch with husband. I ordered chicken tenders, mac n cheese and dumplings. Tenders were like rubber, and the dumplings well let's just say I got one huge ball of half cooked something in very salty broth. Husband got grilled catfish mashed potatoes and apples. His fish was way over seasoned to point he couldn't finish and potatoes were meh at most. Mac n cheese was great and he said his apples were delicious. Was wanting dessert but was never offered and just handed our bill. Very disappointing experience."
"Food was good. By the time I got it, it was cold :( had to wait almost 2 hours for my mobile order that I was picking up myself. During my wait I spent more money then my food cost. On the bright side I found some clearance and even found a Christmas present for my mom. So 2 books 2 shirts and some popcorn for 40 bucks."
"Ordered a steak, and when it came, it tasted like liver, the waitress said because I asked for no pepper on it. I informed her that even without pepper, the sirloin should not taste like liver, even had my husband taste it. The first thing he said was it tastes like liver. She said she'd have another made for me. By the time it got to me, my husband and I had finished our food. I Just had her get a box to go for us. Hubby said his dinner was good. I enjoyed shopping in the store, and I got a few goodies."
