"A certain female employee was very disrespectful and nosy in my conversation with my boyfriend last night.I had to threaten her so she would leave us alone. She was also very rude and saying that's really your boyfriend? With a smug face acting as I wasn't a paying customer. The food was great but after this encounter I was very uncomfortable and angry with this employee. My boyfriend felt the same about the situation."

"This was my first visit to an American Fast Food restaurant while on vacation from Australia. Culver's delivered delicious food and fast service, I was very impressed with the menu and selection of drinks/desserts. Cheese Curds we're delicious, crinkle fries were fresh and perfectly salted. Store was clean and we got comfortable seating immediately. Pork tenderloin sandwich comes with nothing by default so if you want any sauce, cheese or salad in the sandwich you have to think to order all those items which is a little confusing for someone who hasn't had one before. I'd asked for pickles, lettuce, and mustard and they put very little on, which was a bit disappointing. Pumpkin Spice shake was incredible and I highly recommend."

"Review Update: Today was a much better experience. Melissa was the person who took my money and gave my drink - and she was 100% professional and courteous. Thank you Melissa, I'm glad I gave the Auburn Culver's another try. Three weeks ago: Melissa was very rude to me today when I simply asked why the meal was more money today than usual. Upon review of the receipt it was likely rang up as individual items rather than the meal. Had Melissa taken the time to review the receipt she would have caught the mistake."
