She also stated that I needed a paper copy of my prescription, so I obtained one. However, as she was attending to the other clients, she assured them that she would simply look it up."

"I wish I could leave zero stars for Anna. Very rude. I wonder how she is still employed. I asked if it is possible to have glasses that broke fixed and she said they are not able to repair the spring. She looked so annoyed to even speak to me. Accidents happen and I just thought that Costco would try to help me repair the glasses I purchased less than a year ago. I called the Costco in Orlando where I bought them and the kind gentleman told me to come by so he can see if they were defective. I even thanked her at the end and she didn’t seem empathetic or say you’re welcome, lol. Never going back there. What a shame"
