"Had new tires placed on my car and they took my original tire air valve caps that were metal and placed bright green cheap plastic ones on my tires instead. When I noticed, I contacted costco and they said a manager would get back to me and he never did. I don't understand why you can't just place the ORIGINAL caps that the car had prior to changing the tires. I've had my tires changed at other places and they always place my original caps."

"I have to hand it to the Tire Center, they are absolute professionals in every way. Huge shout out to Jeff M. This dude deals with 45 different things at once and he's still on point. Honest, trustworthy (followed up exactly when he said he would), and knowledgable. Made the entire purchasing and installation process smooth. Management, make sure guys like Jeff are taken care of, you can't find employees like that often! I can say the same for the entire team there honestly, everyone I met was great."
