Costco Pharmacy

"I don't get the negative reviews. I call in my script on automated line, I get a text within an hour that it will be ready by 3pm. I do this regularly. I believe some of these complaints are bogus."

"My prescription was refilled promptly and the lady who helped me when I picked it up, Janice, was friendly and efficient. I saw a tall bald man who I assume was the pharmacist talking with an older couple, answering their questions, being friendly. I really appreciate the service here."

"The service at this pharmacy is the absolute worst. Please stay away and go to Walmart. It can take days to get a prescription filled. They invent problems with filling your prescription all the time, which never happens at the other pharmacies. If they feel they need to "call the doctor", they'll never make the new call because "they were too busy". I love Costco, but this pharmacy is beyond bad."

"Everything is usually pretty good from my experience here, however I am Disappointed about the long waits to get prescriptions filled Walmart will fill it in less than an hour but Costco sometimes takes a few days. If they could do better at the royal Palm Beach pharmacy than I would have given 5 stars, I understand your short staffed but then hire more people. If your busy all the time like the lines at the warehouse registers then maybe consider building and opening another Costco warehouse nearby besides Boynton or palm beach gardens, also your parking at this location as Well as the gas lines are terrible it sucks"

"I been using Walgreens as a pharmacy for a while but one of the medicines I take, is extremely expensive at Walgreens. My doctor look it up for me and showed me that the medicine was $8 in Costco..she sent the prescription there instead and when I went to pick it up the pharmacist told me it was over $60, I asked why if it’s listed in Good-Rx for less? The mid age female pharmacist, her name is Maria, Mary or Marie(saw her name tag but can’t exactly remember) she was beyond nasty to me and the person ahead of me (an elderly man) to the point that the people in line behind me said what’s wrong with her? My opinion, there’s a lot wrong with this person. She should never deal with the public as she has ZERO customer service and the rudest and nastiest pharmacist I’ve ever seen. Off course I’ll be transferring back to Walgreens and will never go back for my prescriptions at Costo again. Advice to management, train your employees to be cordial and kind. I understand Costco is huge, but one by one you would loose customers because of people like this. I work in the service industry and someone like this will have been fire on the spot if a customer was treated this way. Unacceptable and disappointing."
