"This company is total scam, buy at your own risk. I ordered a lamp set for $157 from Overstock with no advertisement that this is a "marketplace seller" which exempts them from following Overstock polices. ZERO protection. I found this lamp set on amazon for $92 and immediately tried to cancel with Smacktom and they denied it and daysss later they shipped. Then I initiated a return and they changed their return policy while I was on the site haha such crooks. I printed out the original policy and the revised policy which now states a 25% restocking fee for "buyers remorse" which was never there before, so Amex assured me this is fraud and they're going to eat it. Further, the lamp set was total garbage it came in a tiny lightweight box which I never even opened because I knew there was no way on earth 3 lamps could fit in a box this small. How did they get 3 lampshades in there??? Or even 1 lampshade??? Anyway, thank G-d for AMEX and these Smackfks are going to eat it all."

"Horrible experience! They sell through Overstock and they (OS) are just as bad not having my back on a return issue. Smacktom is appropriately named as I feel like I’ve been smacked by their snarly replies and my loss of $160!"

"Same story as a lot of other reviewers here. Ordered an item from Smacktom via Overstock. Found the same exact item for $200 less on Amazon. Tried to cancel with Overstock who told me that the order cannot be cancelled even though the shipping label has not even been created yet. Never order from Overstock.com. Sent a request to cancel to Smacktom yesterday and did not hear back. I will likely have to go through the whole process of receiving and returning for a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs. If you are reading this, hopefully it's before you made the same mistake I just did. Never order from SmackTom."

"I bought a dress from them thru Walmart. I received 2 dresses in large. I actually ordered a small. Can't get ahold of anyone to help me return it. No one responds to my calls at Smack Tom. I will never buy from them again. A Nightmare Experience. I am hoping Walmart will help me."

"I purchased a rubberized case for my Mac so it would not slide out of my hands. It wasn't rubberized so they had me send it back. That was back in June 2016 and I still have not got my refund. They will not reply to my emails. I will not purchase from them again."
