"Great customer service. Wayne is very friendly and very respectful. He will help you to the best he can. Clean cars, trucks, Suv's. Very well maintained. Never had a problem with our vechiles that we bought. The best place to buy a vechile. Recommend to go look at his vechiles. Great service keep up the awesome job. There like family to us."
"Good place with good prices. Wayne is always willing to help with mechanical issues. There has never been a time that I've called and needed help with the vehicle that he wasn't there. Would definitely recommend."
"LOVE WAYNE! I got an awesome car for a low price. When I got rear ended my insurance sent my car to a local shop and all they did was make things worse. I called Wayne and he saved the day! Got me in a car while mine was being repaired BY HIM! He didn’t have to help me but he did out of the kindness of his heart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
"Our experience with this business was absolutely terrible. My mother, a senior citizen, purchased a used car from Wayne and his associates. He sold it to her with the pricing and the promise that repairs would be made on the car before she took possession. She told him that she had an immediate need for the car and he assured her this was not a problem. It took approximately 3 weeks for him to deliver the car (he even had to lend her another car, that was in poor condition, until he delivered). When he did deliver it, he said he wasn't happy with the body work that his "guy" had done to repair the broken bumper, door and hood. He said he would let her decide on if she wanted to accept it - he claimed he also had purchased other parts for the car, but had not used them in the repair. Not long after he delivered the car we found that the driver's side door would not lock and the AC, which we specifically asked him if it was working, was NOT functioning. After reviewing the past owner repair paperwork in the glove box, we saw that the AC had been an issue for years and had not ever been fully resolved. 10 days after he delivered the car, the bumper fell off. When we contacted Wayne, he asked us to send photos. We did. He said he would come by to see it. Despite many calls (that he wouldn't answer), texts and messages - he kept us waiting for over a week...continuing to say "I'll be there today" and never showing. He claimed the "guy" who did the body work said it must have been towed or pulled somehow for the bumper to come off. Totally not true. He then stopped replying at all and never came by. We took it to a collision repair shop and they not only explained that they never should never attempted to reattach the bumper after it had broken off when a former owner had an accident with the car, but that it was attached improperly: using a fiberglass patch instead of the plastic patch required, bolts installed backwards, the liner was missing on one side and damaged on the other and that the fog lamps cracked and sloppily taped up. Worse yet, they explained that because the small tabs that hold on the bumper regularly fail when repaired - that it is not recommended to attempt a repair (as it is sure to fail). They stated in writing that the only way to repair the bumper was to replace it with a new one. Furthermore, no bumper could be properly attached, as the bar where the bumper is secured was bent from an accident the former owner had. We texted and called Wayne and offered to send him the report and asked if (as he claimed) that he would stand by his promise to make it right. No reply. We then took it to the last person who worked on the AC system (a week before my mom bought the car). We found his paperwork in the glove box as well. That mechanic explained to us that he had not been able to repair the AC and tried again that day, but was unsuccessful. He said there must have been a leak somewhere that they could not find. He also said that he, himself, had tried to repair the bumper twice (which only held for a few days each time) after the previous owner had a serious accident when she hit a deer. He also put all of this in writing. We were at our wits end and my mom just beside herself. She tried to call Wayne again and he did not take her call. He then lied to the man who first referred us to him, at a dealership where we had previously purchased a vehicle, that he had been trying to reach us but got no answer. HUGE lie. He also told him and us (right after the body work) that he was losing on the car as he had more into it than his profit. Wayne is a liar, disreputable and will not stand by his promise. We have all the evidence and I would testify to all of this in a court of law. The worst part is that Wayne did this to a senior citizen in need of reliable transportation. He also told us that he wanted to protect his positive reviews. Well Wayne, you earned this one. Shame on you."
