"Stopped for a rear window wiper and went to the aisle where the wipers are located to look in the book to find the needed wiper. Did not find my type of vehicle so I went to the counter and Thomas was available. He looked up the correct size needed and pulled it from the rack. Great customer service and Thomas was very helpful. He was not able to change the wiper because he did not want to damage the wiper mechanism so I looked on YouTube to find out how to do it. Thank you Thomas for getting me the correct wiper."

"I visited this AutoZone in the very beginning of December 2023. This was my first time visiting. I wasn't sure if they would have what I was looking for or not. I had two related but fairly specific items in mind. So I didn't look around a lot to get a really good impression of this AutoZone. I will say that every employee I dealt with, were very friendly and helpful. Now I didn't need any real assistance like some folks. But it's nice to know that they were trying to be helpful, no matter how simple that may be. So although I didn't really need assistance , and really didn't look around the store to get an idea of what they might, or might not carry. I gave this AutoZone a good rating for how I was treated more than anything else. That being said, if and when I need products that would require my visiting and auto parts store. I probably wouldn't think twice about giving this AutoZone another visit. So here's the down side. Although they did have the items I was looking for. They had pretty much no selection to choose from. I will not hold that against them, considering I wasn't sure the items would be of high demand in Florida in the first place. But the prices they charge for both of the items I felt were extremely expensive. That is the one thing that will make me think twice about another visit to this AutoZone."
