"I had an unusual experience at this store. My car was towed to Pep Boys, which is next to autozone. It took pep boys more than a week, and they didn't update me on my car nor told me what's going on with it . I waited for my day off and went there to see the store manager. I stopped a guy called Keith and told him my story and how frustrated I was. He listened carefully. And asked me who the salesman contacting me was . When I told him his name, he replied: This guy was from pep boys, and I mistakenly entered the nearby autozone shop. Instead of telling me that I wasted his time, the store manager Keith said: I understand your frustration, and I will go speak to my neighbor manager at pep Boys to explain your situation and help you. Although Keith was busy doing other things, he was happy to go to the nearby store and speak to the manager for me and tried to get my problem solved. I think this is the best customer service experience I have ever had in ocala. From the heart thank you keith."
"The team member was friendly but I felt a little rushed. I was asking questions about the items I was purchasing and his suggestions was google or YouTube. When I went to my car and searched the instructions,he came with a backpack and left. It just made me feel undervalued. I have had great experiences at other locations so I guess I just felt that he could have called someone else to help."
