"I would put a zero if I could. This company does not help at all. My husband has tried to pay our bill in full to avoid having to wait on the phone for hours due to their online billing system not working properly. We paid in full but now we received a letter in the mail saying it would be sent to collections if we didn’t pay. I just tried to call to pay it and our account doesn’t exist. Doesn’t make sense at all."

"Since starting with this company I think I haven't received a correct order yet and have to constantly ask my local rep to get me the correct supplies. I'm still waiting for a return label to return the incorrect supplies I received on 12/08/18. I called this company on 12/10/18 and was told they'd send me the return label and refund my insurance. To date nothing has happened and I was still billed for my copay for the incorrect supplies."
